• A group of homeless people were trespassed from city-owned property in a wooded area in the 500 block of Harrison Avenue at approximately 8:40 a.m. on Nov. 3. They were given information on the Recovery Navigator program. 

• Several homeless people who were reportedly camping on city-owned property in the 500 block of Harrison Avenue were trespassed from the property just before 8:55 a.m. on Nov. 3. They were given information on the Recovery Navigator program. 

• A homeless man was warned for camping on the sidewalk in front of a business in the 600 block of North Tower Avenue just after 10:10 a.m. on Nov. 3. He was given information on the Recovery Navigator program.

BEIJING — China reported a worse-than-expected drop in exports in October, while imports surprisingly rose for the month from a year ago.

China’s customs agency said exports in U.S. dollar terms fell by 6.4% in October from a year ago. That’s worse than the 3.3% drop predicted by a Reuters poll.

NEW YORK, Nov 6 (Reuters) – U.S. health insurer Cigna Group (CI.N) is exploring the sale of its Medicare Advantage business, which manages government health insurance for people aged 65 and older, a move that would mark a reversal of its expansion in the sector, according to people familiar with the matter.

Cigna, which got into the Medicare Advantage business with its $3.8 billion acquisition of HealthSpring in 2011, would be backing away at a time the U.S. government is tightening its purse strings in reimbursing health insurers for their services, should it go through with the move.
