EL SEGUNDO CALIF. — Beyond Meat is set to release its fourth generation of Beyond Burger and Beyond Beef products.
The reformulated plant-based meats were designed with an emphasis on nutritional benefits, according to the company. The updated recipe now features avocado oil, which helped reduce the saturated fat content by 60% to 2 grams per serving, 20% less sodium and nutrient-dense ingredients like red lentil and fava beans.
