Ramsey-based AppWork, a property technology platform helping multifamily owners and operators eliminate maintenance backlogs and improve resident satisfaction, announced the successful raise of approximately $7 million in new financing. The new capital will be used to accelerate AI initiatives and product innovation, enhancing the firm’s proprietary software to better support multifamily technicians and improve work order efficiency.
