SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash — Shoplifting can put a dent in the bottom line for big box stores and can be devastating for smaller businesses. Spokane Bins, a family-owned small business in Spokane Valley, told NonStop Local they have had several shoplifting incidents in the span of a week and a half, costing them around $1000.
Michelle Miller, the co-owner and manager of Spokane Bins, said the loss would significantly impact them: “$1000 a week is a kind of money that puts us out of business.”
