Finnegan’s Fighting Goat pub has returned to the downtown area – and owner Chris Warde ensured the pub returned to main street in style, with bigger, better features to the business.
Finnegan’s reopened on October 10 at 704 South Main Street – a couple stores down from the original location.
Warde opened Finnegan’s Fighting Goat on November 10, 2010, located at 716 South Main Street. Warde was inspired to open the pub by his own personal history, in which Warde’s father moved to the United States from England at the age of 19. Warde took many trips to England with his father and became familiar with the pubs there.
At both locations, Warde drew from his experiences abroad to decorate the pub, ensuring it was as authentic as possible….
