COP29 President Anticipates Climate Finance Breakthrough In Azerbaijan

The road to COP29, this year’s United Nations Climate Summit in Baku, Azerbaijan, feels like the buildup to a long-awaited climax after decades of polarized debate on financing climate action for the world’s most vulnerable countries.
