Google will invest an additional $9 billion in Virginia through the end of 2026, focused on cloud and artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure throughout the state. With this decision, the company plans to develop a new data center in Chesterfield County and to expand its existing facilities in Loudoun and Prince William Counties. The company also plans to expand education and workforce development programs for Virginians.
